A 19th-century industrial building on Rambla Catalunya, reimagined by Barcelona interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán — the man who describes himself as an 'urban archaeologist and style hunter'. The result is 85 rooms with factory-era bones (monochrome floors, rust-and-navy seating, exposed pipes done well) sitting one block from Plaça Catalunya. Exterior room with a furnished private terrace overlooking a classic Eixample courtyard. The terrace is a genuine outdoor sitting area — unlike the Juliet balconies on other rooms. A good pick if you want outdoor space without the price premium of the Jacuzzi rooms.

The smallest room in the hotel. Atrium-facing, so no street noise but also no natural sky view. Compact but shares the same design language as the rest of the property. Good for budget-conscious guests who plan to spend most of their time out in the city.

The largest room at 27 sqm with a seating area, sofa that converts to an extra bed, and an 18 sqm private terrace with jacuzzi, hammocks, and Eixample courtyard views. Same direct solarium access as the Deluxe Terrace Jacuzzi. The sofa bed makes it the best option for a small family or if you want a proper sitting room.

The 6th-floor TopOn Terrace has a plunge pool, hammock area, solarium, and bar service in summer. Views across the Eixample rooftops to Tibidabo. Summer season only (roughly May–September, 1pm–9pm).
Three spaces available for hire: Urban meeting room (125 sqm), The Library (117 sqm), and Edén Terrace (280 sqm for receptions). The Kitchen Restaurant can also be booked for private dining events.
