Why It Matters
One of the few 4-star hotels in central Paris with a genuine indoor pool under original stone vaulting. It sits in the Opera/Bourse district — genuinely central but not the tourist scrum of the Marais or Saint-Germain — and it's part of Assas Hotels, a small French independent group with a track record for quiet good taste.

Interior architect Leslie Gauthier drew on Haussmann-era influences and added Art Deco details to produce something chic without being showy.
