The building is a contemporary shell packed with Victorian-frontier design: cowhide rugs, parquet floors, textured glass, floral upholstery, and amber glass everywhere. Seventeen rooms, small footprint, light staffing — this is decidedly not a full-service hotel, but what it trades in amenities it makes up for with personality, neighborhood access, and one of Denver's most talked-about dining rooms downstairs.
