Grand Hotel Victoria started as a Belle Epoque landmark in Menaggio — think neoclassical façade, ornate chandeliers, the works — but it doesn't live in the past. The hotel spans two buildings: the historic Villa and a thoroughly modern Palazzo. Interiors have been properly renovated, with remote-operated blinds, smart room controls, and contemporary furniture sitting comfortably alongside all the 19th-century bones. It's one of the very few Lake Como hotels that backs up the glamour with genuine modern comfort — and the 1,200 sqm ERRE Spa, one of the largest on the lake, gives it a serious edge on rainy days.
