Grace Cafayate sits inside La Estancia de Cafayate, a 1,360-acre private estate in Argentina's Calchaquí Valley, about 2.5 hours south of Salta city. The main building draws from Spanish colonial architecture — stone walls, high ceilings, terracotta roof tiles, ochre tones — while the 20 standalone villas fan out through the surrounding vineyards and native forest. It's a wine-country retreat that takes the lifestyle of northwest Argentina seriously: local chef, local art on the walls, local ingredients on every plate, and high-altitude Torrontés in the cellar.
