A former KMT presidential guesthouse built in 1958, Gloria Manor reopened in 2012 as an eco-resort on the lush slopes of Kenting National Park. The architecture is quietly handsome — pale stone, bamboo ceiling art in the lobby, and floor-to-ceiling windows framing mountain and bay views instead of blank walls.
