The tallest hotel in Tennessee, rising 40 stories above downtown's SoBro neighborhood, Four Seasons Nashville opened in November 2022 and landed immediately on Travel + Leisure's It List as one of the world's best new hotels. Rooms start at around 400 square feet and use local black walnut, leather, and burnished metal throughout — the design borrows directly from Nashville's craft culture without going full honky-tonk. The seventh-floor pool deck is genuinely one of the city's best outdoor spaces, the spa has six treatment rooms, and Bacco (the Italian restaurant that replaced the original Mimo concept) is already pulling locals for dinner.
