Private Suites
Fashion-house cool meets Roman palazzo grandeur. Neutral tones, clean Fendi lines, statement art pieces, and a quiet exclusivity that money alone cannot always buy.
Corner Suite 7 at 69sqm is the clear standout — four windows, two separate areas, and the most impressive light in the building
Why It Matters
The world's first hotel by Fendi, occupying the third floor of Palazzo Fendi on Via dei Condotti — Rome's most prestigious shopping address. Only seven suites, each dressed with bespoke Fendi Casa furniture, original Karl Lagerfeld prints, and Diptyque toiletries. The palazzo originally belonged to the noble Boncompagni Ludovisi family; Fendi has been its headquarters since 2005.
Seven suites on the third floor of a 17th-century palazzo that Fendi has called home since 2005. This is the world's first Fendi hotel — and there is nothing else quite like it in Rome. Dramatic Lepanto marble doorways open into spaces dressed in Fendi Casa linens, Karl Lagerfeld photographs, and fur artworks hand-made in Fendi's own atelier. Seven suites, one floor, Zuma upstairs, and the flagship boutique downstairs. The scale is deliberately residential.
