Fasano's first North American outpost occupies a discreet 15-story landmark building directly across from Central Park, between 62nd and 63rd Streets. Designed by the late French architect Thierry W. Despont, the property functions as both a hotel and a private members club — only 14 accommodations total, split between Clubhouse Suites and sprawling Duplex Apartments. Walls wrapped in Loro Piana cashmere, heated marble floors, TOTO fixtures, and Aesop products set the tone: this is seriously quiet luxury for people who really don't want to be noticed.
