Lower-floor east-facing rooms sit close to the High Line and street traffic; if light and privacy matter, request higher floors or west-facing river views

Why It Matters

The first collaboration between Faena Hotel Group and Accor, and the only ground-up new-build Faena property. Housed in Bjarke Ingels Group's One High Line tower. Home to one of the largest Keith Haring murals not in a museum, a Francis Mallmann restaurant, and a 17,000 sq ft spa (Tierra Santa Healing House) opening June 2026.

Faena New York is the third outpost of Alan Faena's theatrical hospitality empire, and the first purpose-built, ground-up Faena hotel — opening in September 2025 inside a twisting Bjarke Ingels-designed tower right next to the High Line. It's unabashedly maximalist: think Diego Gravinese murals soaring two stories in the lobby, a gilded golden staircase, leopard-print sofas, and staff in cherry-red suits. Rooms are more restrained than the public spaces — blond hardwood floors, deep blues, Carrara marble bathrooms — but the action is in the bars, the restaurant, and the see-and-be-seen social scene Chelsea didn't know it needed.

One of the most sought-after standard rooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides deliver dual-aspect corner views — High Line Park and the Empire State Building on one axis, or partial Hudson River and streetscape on the other.
