A former 19th-century textile factory in Paris's 11th arrondissement, Hotel Fabric does something most Paris boutique hotels can't: it delivers actual warehouse bones. High ceilings, exposed brick, original cast-iron columns, and oversized workshop windows give the 33 rooms a genuine industrial-loft feel that still somehow reads warm rather than cold. The Oberkampf neighborhood is as close to off-the-tourist-trail Paris as you can get while still being walking distance from the Marais and Bastille.

Deluxe Room
The most characterful room in the standard lineup. Visible original cast-iron support columns are a direct reference to the factory past — they've been kept rather than hidden. Bright courtyard views and the largest standard bathroom of the non-duplex rooms.

Superior Double Room
Located on upper floors on the street side. More light than the Club Room and a slight size bump. Some rooms have bathtubs (subject to availability — worth requesting at booking). Can be configured as double or twin.

Slightly larger than the Superior Double and set up for three. Faces the courtyard. Good option for families or a solo traveler who wants the extra sofa space to spread out.

The biggest room in the hotel and the only duplex layout. Sleeps up to four. Located on the top floor, the queen-size bed sits under a view of the Paris sky. Two sofas downstairs make it genuinely livable for families. Good option if you're traveling with kids or just want more breathing room.
