Why It Matters
Part of the Cuatro Torres cluster — Madrid's most dramatic modern skyline moment — and one of the few chain hotels in Spain where the design genuinely earns its five stars. The 360-degree panoramic views from the restaurant and spa, at 236m, are matched by very few hotels on the Iberian Peninsula.
The Eurostars Madrid Tower occupies 30 floors of the 236-meter Torre Sacyr Vallehermoso, one of the four supertall towers defining Madrid's northern skyline in the Cuatro Torres Business Area. It is a large-scale chain hotel — 474 rooms — that pulls off something most towers of this size don't: genuinely good-looking interiors. Gold and warm-metal tones fill the rooms, black dominates the public areas, and the lobby bar goes an unexpected green-and-purple. Some rooms are decorated with photographs of other famous skyscrapers — the Empire State, the Petronas Towers — which sounds tacky but actually works.

At 60m² — double the standard rooms — these suites are spread across floors 11 to 27 and come with a separate living room, a spacious dressing room, and a luxuriously fitted bathroom. The designer furniture is walnut wood, the upholstery is select. This is where the hotel stops feeling like a very good business hotel and starts feeling like something more personal.

The top of the standard room tier. Same 21st floor-and-up positioning, but specifically oriented to face Paseo de la Castellana — a long, straight boulevard that stretches into the distance below. The views at night are particularly striking. Includes massage shower and bathrobe.

From the 21st floor up, these rooms are where the altitude becomes the whole conversation. Views vary by orientation — some face the Sierra de Guadarrama mountains, others look south toward the city center — but all of them are unobstructed. Includes bathrobe and upgraded amenities. Floor assignment within the 21+ band is made randomly.

Floors 7 through 20, these are the hotel's entry-level rooms and they're anything but ordinary. Wooden floors, panoramic LCD TVs, smart home controls for lighting and temperature, hydromassage shower, and a separate bathtub. City views are good but not yet at the altitude that makes your jaw drop. Floor assignment within the 7–20 range is made randomly by the system.
