Why It Matters
The Michelin-selected property is the first coastal outpost of the Ergon brand, combining genuinely good food (catch-of-the-day seafood, locally sourced produce) with a rare glamping-in-nature setup on one of Halkidiki's best beaches. The inclusive, no-need-to-leave setup — yoga, cinema, deli, restaurant, beach club — all under pine trees within meters of the Aegean — is the real draw.
Ergon Beach House is a 36-unit glamping resort right on Nikiti Beach in Halkidiki, built by the Ergon food brand — the same people behind high-end Mediterranean food shops and two boutique hotels in Athens. The whole place is food-first: breakfast is included, the seaside restaurant serves the morning's catch at communal wooden tables under the pines, and the BALBOA beach canteen flips burgers and sourdough flatbreads a few steps from your sunlounger. But the accommodations hold their own too — canvas lodge tents, stone cabanas, suites, and residences are all set under olive and pine trees within 20 meters of the water, many with private pools.

The pooled suite option. Stone construction, private garden with pool and sunloungers. One of the more recommended configurations for warm-weather visits — stone stays cool, and you have a private dip whenever.
Tent Duo with Patio
A 31 sqm standalone cabin-like tent with canvas and wood structure, bamboo roof, and safari-style interiors. Sleeps up to four with a queen bed, a loft single, and a sofa bed. Private patio with a hammock. Same kit as the smaller tent, plus more space for families or friend groups. Can get warm in summer — better suited to adults and older children.

Dogs accepted in cabanas, suites, and residences (not tents). Max 1 dog per room, max 7kg, max 3 pets total on property at any time. Dog stay package €120 per stay includes cleaning fee, a bed, water bowl, and goody bag. Guide dogs no charge. Pets must have up-to-date vaccinations and health certificate.
There is no communal swimming pool. Private pools are available only in select room types (Lodge Tent with Pool, Medium Cabana with Pool, Suite with Pool, Residence with Pool).
