An adults-only, eco-certified boutique B&B and apartment complex in a restored 19th-century Asturian farmhouse on the south-facing side of the Pintueles Valley. Owners Dave and Javier — who left Brighton in 2012 to build this — have done something genuinely rare: blended genuine designer touches (Eames chairs, Castiglioni lamps, Eileen Gray tables) with a deeply personal, hospitality-first approach. Five hotel rooms with organic breakfasts included, three self-catering apartments, home-cooked dinners on request, and a strict no-under-18s policy. The name means 'the big dream' in Spanish.

Javier is on hand to help guests plan road trips across Asturias, including restaurant bookings at Michelin-starred spots, cider house visits, coastal towns and mountain routes. Guests are given curated local recommendations as standard.
Cycling tours can be arranged in and around Pintueles and the Piloña Valley.
Canoeing can be arranged in the surrounding region.
Nine circular walks start directly from the property across the surrounding valley, woodland paths and hilltops. The Sierra del Sueve Nature Reserve is 15 minutes by car. Wild boar, deer, soaring eagles and wildflowers are common sightings.
Horse riding tours can be arranged — the property's eco-tourism listing highlights this as an activity.

Daily cleaning included for all five hotel rooms. Not available in the self-catering apartments (linen changed approximately every 7 days).
