Why It Matters
One of very few Relais & Châteaux castle hotels in Scandinavia. Holds both a Michelin Star and a Green Michelin Star. The kitchen is regarded as one of the most innovative gourmet experiences in the Nordic region, built almost entirely around the produce of Lammefjord and Odsherred.
