Domes Novos Santorini opened in April 2024 and immediately stood out in a crowded market for one simple reason: space. Rooftop painting class led by a local artist, paired with a wine presentation by a sommelier showcasing Santorini's island wines — including Assyrtiko. You leave with your own canvas. Paint and sip format, runs seasonally.
Twice-daily complimentary shuttle service to Oia village. Morning run departs 11:30am, returns 1:30pm. Evening run departs 6:30pm (ideal for sunset), returns 10:30pm. Takes around 5–10 minutes.
Garden-based activities for children within the resort's own organic garden, which grows herbs, lemons, white aubergines, and peppers used in the kitchen.
