A 16th-century estate-turned-5-star hotel sitting in the Languedoc countryside just outside Montpellier. The château and its outbuildings were restored over five years by owners Chantal and Pierre Mestre, who kept the room count deliberately low — now 49 rooms and suites across the original castle and a major 2025 expansion — so the service-to-guest ratio stays high. The estate's 50 hectares include working vineyards, a century-old park classified as a Jardin Remarquable, and a 2,150 m² spa with structured multi-day wellness programmes. It's a Relais & Châteaux member and holds a Clef Michelin (2025).

Maison Verchant — Double
The Maison Verchant is a separate farmhouse-style guest house 300 metres from the main domaine. Rooms are 35–44 m² and open onto a garden shaded by century-old plane trees. Light oak, natural wood, terracotta, and linen fabrics give it a very different (and more casual) feel than the château. Breakfast is served in a glass-cube room facing the garden. Access to the main Spa costs €30 extra per person for a half-day.

Suite Prestige
Two distinct suites, each with serious personality. 'Neige d'Avril' on the first floor has a 2-metre round bed, a large terrace facing the park, and a whirlpool bath. 'Blossomtime' on the 3rd floor has a super-king bed with Mona Lisa's eyes watching over you — and an outdoor heated private whirlpool. These are the go-to rooms for a special occasion.
Suite Quintinae (Presidential Suite)
The flagship suite created in the 2025 expansion. At 300 m², this is in a different league entirely — private pool, private spa, spectacular views. Named after one of the estate's wine cuvées. Limited availability and priced accordingly.

A 400 m² gym equipped with latest-generation Technogym machines. Personal trainers on site to design programmes and track progress. Group classes available (ABS, glutes, running, aqua aerobics, aquabike).
Two partner golf courses within 10 km: Golf de Montpellier-Massane and Golf de Fontcaude. Green fees can be arranged through the hotel; golf packages are available.
