A family-run 3-star hotel in a 19th-century airial — a traditional Landes de Gascogne farming estate — set in a 2-hectare park right inside the Pessac-Léognan appellation. Marie-Cécile and Patrick Gramont bought and renovated it in 2006, using wrought iron, hand-cut stone, and antique furnishings sourced with local artisans. Fifteen individually decorated rooms, a bistronomic restaurant (Le 1930), outdoor pool, heated jacuzzi, and Ayurvedic massages round out the offer.
