Jabu with Plunge Pool
The entry-level Jabu is anything but entry-level. A hand-carved artisan door opens onto a lush jungle-inspired garden ringed by natural stone walls. Inside, natural wood and stone construction pairs with floor-to-ceiling windows and an oversized king bed dressed in high-quality linens. The outdoor terrace has a private plunge pool, swinging hanging chair, and a dining set for two. The bathroom — a genuine highlight — features an outdoor stone bathtub under the open sky, a rain shower, and Sensatia Botanical skincare products. Every villa comes with a customised minibar and a 55" Smart TV running Netflix and Spotify.

The Premium Jabu adds an extra-large garden and terrace footprint over the standard Jabu, plus a hammock — a proper one, sized for two — strung in its own private garden nook. The same soaring North Sumatra roof and stone-wall garden, the same outdoor stone bathtub and rain shower combo, but with significantly more outdoor space and lounge chairs on the expanded deck. If you're spending serious time in your villa (and you will), the upgrade to 120 sqm is worth it.
