A 19th-century modernist façade on a busy Eixample crossroads hides one of Barcelona's most design-forward boutique hotels. Inside, a dramatic cylindrical atrium rises all seven floors to a skylight, white circular balconies stacked like rings, stainless steel elevators flanking the core.
