Executive Corner Rooms are 66 sqm versus 50 sqm for Deluxe Rooms — worth the extra spend if available, especially for the wraparound views

Why It Matters

Japan does skyscraper luxury better than almost anywhere, and Conrad Osaka is one of the best examples. The 40th-floor lobby arrival is genuinely theatrical — one of the most dramatic hotel entrances in the country. The hotel also sits directly above Higobashi Station and connects underground to Festival Hall, making it both a wow-factor stay and a legitimately practical base.

Conrad Osaka lives on floors 33 through 40 of the Nakanoshima Festival Tower West — a gleaming 200-meter skyscraper on a narrow urban island between the Dojima and Tosabori rivers. The lobby lands you on the 40th floor, which means your first impression is a wall of glass and a panoramic Osaka skyline. All 164 rooms clear 50 sqm, every single one with floor-to-ceiling windows, and the design threads Edo-period art through a distinctly modern lens: black lacquer cabinetry, vermillion red accents, signature circular soaking tubs.
