Why It Matters
The only Two Michelin Key hotel in Austin and one of only three in all of Texas (2024 and 2025). It is also the first urban property ever opened by Auberge Resorts Collection. The 10-acre estate is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and it also operates as a private members-only social club — meaning the grounds stay exclusive to overnight guests and members. Forbes Travel Guide awarded it four stars in 2025. Named to Travel + Leisure World's Best and Condé Nast Traveler Hot Lists since opening in 2020.
A 1928 Italian Renaissance Revival mansion on 10 walled acres in Austin's Hyde Park neighborhood, completely reimagined by designer Ken Fulk as a hotel and private social club. The original 10,800-square-foot Mansion houses five signature suites; a purpose-built three-story Inn adds 49 more rooms. Together, they share formal Italian gardens, a 50-foot oval pool, an organic kitchen garden, and a chapel. Waller Creek runs through the back of the property.

The largest and most exclusive accommodation on the estate, formed by combining Mr. and Mrs. Perry's Suites. Two king bedrooms (his and hers master suites), an expansive living area, a dining table for eight, three bathrooms with rain showers, and views of the Estate Gardens. Can be separated back into two private suites with approval. Nightly rates reportedly reach $6,500+.

A Mansion suite with a softer palette of pink, velvet, faux fur, and muted leopard. Named after Lutie Perry, the estate matriarch. Can be combined with Mr. Perry's Suite to form the largest and most exclusive accommodation on the estate.

A 409-square-foot room in the Inn with a private patio offering garden and courtyard views. Furnished with heirloom vintage pieces and oversized windows. One of the most sought-after room types for guests who want outdoor private space without stepping up to a full suite.

Modern 400-square-foot king rooms in the newly built three-story Inn. Each room is furnished with custom and heirloom vintage pieces, featuring oversized windows with Juliette balconies or French doors that open directly onto the gardens or courtyard. Four-poster beds are the centerpiece. The Inn's architecture blends seamlessly with the 1920s Mansion aesthetic.

Ranging from 625 to 1,060 square feet, these one-bedroom suites in the Inn feature a walkout to a private garden or terrace with views of the 10-acre property. More spacious than the standard rooms, they include a separate sitting area and the same heirloom vintage aesthetic.
