The only place you can sleep overnight on Governors Island, and the only lodging in New York City where you wake up to an unobstructed view of the Statue of Liberty. Eight minutes by ferry from Lower Manhattan, the six-acre retreat runs 29 glamping-style accommodations — canvas tents, tiny cabins, and glass-walled suites — across 172 acres of parkland. Accessibility-designed version of the Basecamp Cabin. Same two private terraces, spa-style bath, harbor and Statue of Liberty views.

Floor-to-ceiling folding glass doors open onto a sweeping covered terrace with unobstructed harbor and skyline views. Spa-style en-suite bath features a double vanity and oversized rainforest shower.
