Cobergher Hotel occupies a clutch of 16th-century buildings in central Kortrijk — the former Heritage House and five adjoining properties on Onze-Lieve-Vrouwestraat — that architect Wenceslas Cobergher designed in conservative Gothic style for the Spanish archdukes Albrecht and Isabella. Inside, the vibe swings wildly from a French country junior suite to a New York metropolitan suite to something that reads like an adventure lodge, all tied together by decorator Pieter Porters and interior firm Dejaegere. In May 2025, Tourism Flanders awarded it the 5-star superior classification, the highest distinction in Belgian hospitality.
