Why It Matters
The oldest hotel in Les Deux Alpes, founded in 1879 and run by the same family for five generations. Le P'tit Polyte has held a Michelin star since 1999 — the highest-altitude Michelin star in the Isère department. The spa carries Cinq Mondes accreditation. The Mounier family has been running this place since 1879, and the fifth generation is at the helm today.
