A 16th-century stone château on a 31-hectare estate in the Drôme Provençale countryside, sitting between Grignan and Montélimar at the northern edge of Provence. The 2,850m² of buildings — château, bastide, dovecote, and spa — have been restored to 5-star standard while keeping their original bones: vaulted ceilings, stone walls, medieval tower. The big draw beyond the setting is Lavandin, the on-site restaurant that earned its first Michelin star in March 2025.
