Casa Seis Siete is a former private mansion on a quiet street in Roma Norte that operates as if it never quite decided to become a hotel — and that's entirely the point. Period architecture meets contemporary art and design at every turn, from the green facade on Tabasco Street to the 1930s stained-glass window in Room 201.

Balcony Suite
First-floor suite built around three Juliet-style balconies overlooking the tree-lined street and neighborhood. The standout feature is a vintage stained-glass window from the 1930s that gives the room genuine historic character. There's a proper living area, a walk-in closet with ample storage, and refined finishes throughout. One of the most photographed rooms at the property.
Deluxe Room
A compact but cozy modern room on the second floor with a large window looking into the property's internal garden. Blackout curtains ensure a good sleep, and the private bathroom has a skylight that floods it with natural light. Everything you need is neatly arranged: wardrobe, safe, work area, minibar, and Nespresso. The quietest room in the house, facing inward rather than the street.
Loft
Designed with longer stays in mind. This is a one-bedroom, one-bath setup with a fully equipped kitchenette, a proper living room, and a separate dining area. It functions more like a serviced apartment than a hotel room — and that's exactly the appeal. Bathroom amenities are by Persea Apothecary. The sofa bed can accommodate an extra person. The only room at the property with a kitchenette.
Street View Suite
Ground-floor suite with a street-facing view directly onto colourful Tabasco Street. Two European-style windows keep it bright and well-ventilated. Warm tones — wood, tea, and orange blossom — run through the design. There's a sitting area, work desk, minibar, Nespresso machine, in-room safe, and a private bathroom with luxury finishes. A solid entry point into the property.
Top Suite
The entire top floor, and very much the flagship room. Divided into three distinct zones: a bedroom with a 65" TV and walk-in wardrobe with intelligent lighting; a bathroom with a skylight shower and a standalone bathtub positioned to overlook the terrace (plus a fireplace beside the tub); and a private terrace with a dining table for up to eight guests, a lounge area with armchairs, and an outdoor fireplace. Contemporary art adorns the walls. Reviewers consistently call this the must-book room of the property.
