A 400-year-old Ibizan finca, opened as a hotel in 1987 by the Braun family, that wears its age well. The whitewashed walls, wooden beams, and terracotta tiles are genuine — not a design team's idea of rustic. Set on a hill on the edge of the Ses Salines Nature Reserve, with salt flats visible from upper rooms, it plays the relaxation card hard: three pools, a Wellness Centre, yoga sessions, tennis courts, and enough spa treatments to fill a week. The name is German, the owners' heritage too, but everything else is deeply Ibizan. Ibiza Town is 10 minutes away, the airport is practically next door (quiet neighbors, say most guests), and Salinas beach is a short drive south.
