Perched on the Claparèdes plateau above the hilltop village of Bonnieux, Capelongue is a 57-room, 5-star estate that looks and feels like a Provençal hamlet — rooftops, a fountain, cypress trees, lavender fields, the works. Beaumier took over the historic 17th and 18th-century property and reopened it in May 2024 after a full restoration by architects JAUNE, adding a brand-new spa, a wood-fired restaurant, and gardens redesigned by Atelier Lamarck. The result: one Michelin Key, a Condé Nast Readers' Choice Award for 2nd Best Hotel in France, and a property that earns its accolades.

From 44m², the Junior Suites are generous spaces where lounge and bedroom flow together — some with a lofted mezzanine that makes them feel distinctly different. The signature Junior Suite gets a mini terrace with a direct pool and Bonnieux view — reportedly the most-photographed room on the estate.
