Canaves Oia Suites is a 46-suite-and-villa property perched at the highest point in Oia, carved into the volcanic cliffs above the Aegean. The Chaidemenos family, one of the first to bring tourism to this once-quiet fishing village, built something that helped define what Santorini luxury even looks like today.
