Caerula Mar Club sits on ten oceanfront acres on the eastern shore of South Andros — one of the most untouched islands in the Bahamas. Opened in 2020 by HGTV personalities Bryan and Sarah Baeumler, it was the first new resort on the island in decades. Twenty-four suites and villas built from sustainable materials, three distinct dining concepts, an oceanfront spa, and miles of deserted beach add up to something genuinely hard to find: barefoot luxury without the crowds.

Oceanview one-bedroom villa with king bed plus a queen bed — the most flexible layout for a family or group of four who want individual beds without bunks. Tropical garden setting with a private porch.

Oceanfront one-bedroom villa sleeping up to four. The go-to for families or two couples traveling together who want direct ocean views. King bed in the main room plus two twin beds, with a traditional-meets-mid-century-modern design and a private wooden porch.

Oceanview (not oceanfront) one-bedroom villa with king plus two twin beds, sleeping up to four. Same high-quality build and sustainable natural materials as the other villas, with a private porch and garden setting. Good option for families at a slight price step down from the oceanfront units.

The property's 'honeymoon villa' — the most intimate and romantic option. A 750 sq ft oceanfront studio with a soothing color palette, gold accents, and marble finishes. Private, direct beachfront, and built for two. The porch seating accommodates up to six guests.

Oceanview studio villa for two. The more affordable villa entry point — same quality build and design as Pink Sands but with an ocean view rather than direct oceanfront access. Studio layout with king bed.
KingSignature Collection Clubhouse Suite
The top tier of the clubhouse building. A 340 sq ft suite with direct private beachfront access, open terrace seating for six, and stunning hardwood floors. Two rooms in this category: Room 101 overlooks the pool and has immediate beach and pool access; Room 201 offers equal views with more privacy.
