Hunter Lodge is a 44-room boutique property in Hunter, NY that Lark Hotels refurbished into a Seventies ski-lodge fantasy. Wood, stone, and retro-alpine details throughout. King beds that actually deliver, artisan furnishings, and Ursa Major bath products in every room. The on-site Hunter Tavern draws its own crowd for dinner — Certified Angus smash burgers, braised short rib, and a solid list of Catskills craft drafts on rotation.
