Bardessono sits on the former 4.9-acre Bardessono family farm in the heart of Yountville, where the design deliberately rejects Tuscan nostalgia in favor of clean-lined, eco-forward architecture. Every inch of the property — from the 100-year-old transplanted olive trees and rammed earth walls to the salvaged wine barrel wood used throughout — anchors the hotel in its California wine country context. It earned LEED Platinum certification at opening, was one of only two U.S. hotels to hold that designation at the time, and picked up two Michelin Keys in 2025.

King Spa Suite
The entry-level suite at Bardessono, and 'entry-level' is relative. You get 550 sq ft indoors with an extra-large bathroom designed specifically for in-room spa treatments, plus a private furnished courtyard or balcony at 250 sq ft. Gas fireplace, custom furnishings, 55" Sony TV, Egyptian cotton linens. The King/Queen variant bumps the interior to 750 sq ft.

Olive Suite (1-Bedroom)
Brand new addition. A 328 sq ft parlor room connects to a 550 sq ft bedroom for 878 sq ft total indoors, plus a stunning 575 sq ft private patio with a water fountain, cozy fireplace, and a dining table for eight. Built-in wine chiller in the parlor. Perfect for a small group dinner or intimate celebration. Can also be booked as a two-bedroom by connecting an additional 550 sq ft bedroom.
KingPure Wellness King Spa Suite
Same layout as the King Spa Suite but with a patented 7-step purification treatment applied throughout. Air filtration removes 99.99% of pollutants and allergens (exceeding HEPA standards), allergy-friendly bedding, anti-viral and anti-microbial surface treatments, Vitamin C-infused shower, and a soothing sound machine. Best option for guests with sensitivities or anyone who just wants the cleanest air possible.

Same footprint as the Spa Suite but upgrades to a 200 sq ft custom bathroom that includes a soaking tub, steam shower, and private outdoor shower. The outdoor shower is a proper Napa luxury. Private patio is set up for intimate alfresco dining. King/Queen option available at 750 sq ft.

At 1,175 sq ft, slightly larger than The Jasper. One of three standalone villas that make up the Maple Grove compound. Floor-to-ceiling stacking glass doors open the 1,120 sq ft space onto an outdoor patio with seating for two. Gas fireplace, wet bar with wine fridge, dining table for six, four-poster king bed, walk-in shower, and a private heated plunge pool. Two 65" TVs in the bedroom and patio. Personalized docent service included.
King (four-poster)The Quartole – Private Villa
The largest of the three villas at 1,410 sq ft and the most lavish. Floor-to-ceiling stacking glass doors, living room fireplace, dining table for eight, wet bar with wine fridge, private courtyard with plunge pool and lounge seating. The bath goes all-in with double vanity, walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. Can be combined with The Flint and The Jasper for a three-bedroom private compound.
KingTufa Suite
Named after the volcanic stone repurposed from the original Bardessono family wine cellar — you can see it in the hotel's architecture. At 750 sq ft including a 200 sq ft luxury bath, this is a step up in space. Two flat-screen TVs, see-through gas fireplace viewable from both living area and bedroom, soaking tub, steam shower, and an expanded private courtyard that works well for in-suite dining.

The hotel houses a curated art gallery featuring commissioned and exhibited works. Guests encounter art throughout the property — sculptures in the gardens, commissioned pieces in each suite.
Hotel bikes are available for guests to explore Yountville and the surrounding valley. The town is very walkable/bikeable, and dedicated bike trails connect to other parts of Napa Valley.
An elevated concierge service where a personal docent manages your entire stay — from pre-arrival planning and curated itineraries to seamless in-stay coordination. Can be added to any reservation; comes standard with villa bookings.
