The Ke Ga Bay Villa (Villa 61–63 on the resort map) is a 2-storey structure with an 8x4m private pool and ocean glimpses from the master bedroom — worth the upgrade for a special occasion.
Why It Matters
The third property from Aman founder Adrian Zecha's Azerai brand and the brand's first beach resort. It earns a 1 Michelin Key and is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. The setting — between a historic lighthouse island and sweeping sand dunes on a largely undiscovered stretch of coast — is genuinely special.
Azerai Ke Ga Bay is Adrian Zecha's (the Aman founder's) beach resort on Vietnam's southeastern coast — 46 rooms and villas spread across 4.5 hectares of ginger and frangipani gardens, fronting a five-kilometre white sand beach. The look is classic Zecha: clean minimalism, natural stone and timber, zero clutter. To the east sits Hon Ba Island with its 1899 French colonial lighthouse; to the west, sand dunes. It's close enough to Ho Chi Minh City (about 2.5 hours) to work as a long weekend escape, but far enough that you genuinely feel cut off from everything.

The entry-level accommodation at Azerai Ke Ga Bay, and 65sqm is genuinely generous. Set in the property's garden, rooms open onto outdoor terraces framed by heliconia, ginger plants, banyan trees and swaying palms. Muted whites and granite tones inside, soaking tub in the bathroom. Garden views, no private pool.

The top tier, and the most architecturally interesting room at the resort. This is a 2-storey building: master bedroom with ensuite (bathtub and separate shower) on the second floor with ocean glimpses, and a second bedroom on the first floor with its own bathroom. The private pool is a serious 8x4m. Good for a group of three adults or two adults with children wanting genuine space to spread out.

An extra 15sqm over the Pool Villa — a bigger terrace and a slightly more spacious layout. Same private pool setup, soaking tub bathroom, writing desk. The incremental size difference comes through in the outdoor living area rather than the bedroom. Comfortably fits two adults and two children.
