Classic Suite
At 1,254 square feet, there's real space to spread out. A separate living room is framed by classic French doors that open onto an oversized private terrace — the indoor-outdoor flow here is genuinely seamless. Own fireplace in both the living room and bedroom.
California KingDeluxe Room
Bigger and brighter than the Classic, with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the landscape and a more expansive private terrace that leans hard into the indoor-outdoor ethos. Accessible rooms available in this category. Same fireplace, soaking tub, and premium amenity kit as the Classic.
California KingDeluxe Suite
The Deluxe Suites bring the same separate living room configuration as the Classic Suites, but with upgraded residential interiors and an even larger private terrace. Think custom furnishings, Cerused oak details, and views that make it hard to leave.
California KingPrivate Maison (Cannes or Monaco)
Two freestanding two-bedroom cottages — Cannes and Monaco — that represent the top of the house. At 1,800 square feet of indoor-outdoor space, they come with a trellised terrace featuring a sculptural outdoor soaking tub, two full bathrooms, a separate living area, California king beds, and a welcome bottle of Dom Pérignon.
