Fourteen rooms sit behind a medieval stone façade in the UNESCO World Heritage walled city of Cáceres, all designed with architects Emilio Tuñón and Luis Mansilla's signature restraint: vivid white walls, big round tubs, underfloor heating, and original artworks including Andy Warhol and Georg Baselitz prints on the walls.

KingParedes Saavedra Palace Suites
A separate property entirely (Calle Ancha 5, around the corner), the Paredes Saavedra Palace houses 11 exclusive suites across three floors of a restored historic palace. Renovated by architects Emilio Tuñón and Carlos Martínez-Albornoz. Each suite is unique and different, with site-specific artworks by artists including José Pedro Croft and Jorge Galindo. The official description calls it 'the most exclusive suites of the Atrio universe.' 'Luxury is space' is how Atrio frames it. Breakfast is available and all dining is connected to the main Atrio restaurant and Torre de Sande.
KingSuperior Double Room
The entry-level room at La Casa, and still genuinely lovely. Thirty square metres of white calm — painted wood-panel walls, crisp bedding, and underfloor heating. Views look out to Calle de los Condes. King-size bed (2×2m), a private bathroom with both a bathtub and a separate shower, and the same art-forward sensibility that runs through the whole building. No space for an extra bed; strictly two guests.

The flagship rooms at La Casa — between 60 and 100 sqm, available as one or two bedrooms, with views of either the garden or Plaza de San Mateo.
