Andaz Miami Beach is the first Andaz property in Florida, a full gut-renovation of the former Confidante Miami Beach that reopened in late 2024. Spread across three towers on Collins Avenue at 41st Street — one of them a restored 1940s Art Deco building — it sits in Mid-Beach, far enough from the South Beach chaos to actually sleep, close enough to Uber down in five minutes. The whole place has been rebuilt around José Andrés Group dining, Ondara Spa on the fourth floor, two reconceptualized pools, and direct beach access.
