Why It Matters

At 23 sqm, these are compact — the Michelin Guide calls the smallest rooms 'cozy indeed', which is accurate. But the Speicherstadt and Brooksfleet canal views from the windows make the trade-off worthwhile. Mid-century décor with dark wood and warm colors throughout.

On the 7th floor, so the views alone justify the upgrade. Two variants — HafenCity-facing or Speicherstadt-facing — but both look out over something worth seeing. A generous seating area, walk-in wardrobe, and king-size bed make this feel like a proper suite rather than a glorified standard room. The bathtub is a genuine plus.

At 30 sqm, the largest of the standard room categories and the only tier where an extra bed can be added. Two disability-friendly options exist in this category. The pillow menu is a nice touch. King-size bed is standard.
