Nai Lert Bangkok
Japanese-inflected minimalism fused with Thai heritage architecture. Dark wood, stone, floor-to-ceiling glass. Quiet, private, almost hushed — even at capacity you rarely see other guests. More sanctuary than social scene.
Book Sesui (omakase) and Hiori (teppanyaki) well in advance — both are in the Aman Club on the 19th floor and are routinely full even for guests
Why It Matters
Aman's second Thai property (their first, Amanpuri, opened in Phuket in 1988) and the brand's most ambitious urban wellness hotel to date. Every single room is a suite of at least 92 sqm, making it one of the most generously sized all-suite hotels in Bangkok. The Medical Wellness by Hertitude Clinic on-site — with IV infusions, cryotherapy, and certified practitioners — plus the Novak Djokovic Mobility & Recovery Programme, signals a serious push beyond standard spa luxury.
Aman Nai Lert Bangkok opened in April 2025 inside the historic Nai Lert Park — a seven-acre green enclave on Wireless Road that has been in the same family since 1915. Jean-Michel Gathy designed the 36-story tower, weaving warm wood paneling, pivoting panel doors and traditional Thai motifs into a contemporary package that feels more private residence than hotel. Fifty-two all-suite rooms (none smaller than 92 sqm), seven dining and bar venues, and a 1,500-sqm spa and wellness center make this Aman's third global city property after Tokyo and New York.

How you'll actually spend your days.
A curated visit to four Bangkok blessing sites at dusk, including the Erawan Shrine dedicated to the Hindu god Brahma. Can be done by private tuk-tuk for a more atmospheric transit.
Included in all stays — a rotating schedule of cultural activities curated by the hotel's experience team, often linked to Thai arts, heritage, and seasonal calendar events.
Guided session in crafting traditional Thai flower garlands or folding lotus leaves — a practice rooted in Thai Buddhist culture, functioning as active meditation and a mindfulness exercise.
A hands-on mixology session in the Nai Lert Heritage Home, centered on Thai lemonade and traditional botanical ingredients. Combines drinks craft with a sense of the family history embedded in the property.
An energizing session with a professional Thai boxing coach, covering strikes, footwork, and the mental discipline behind Muay Thai. Available in the hotel's fitness facilities.
Guided tour of the 111-year-old family estate adjacent to the hotel — a private museum with rare antiques, a boat museum, and a Chamchuri tree garden. Less visited than the Jim Thompson House but equally compelling. Complimentary for all guests.
