Why It Matters
One of the few properties in Umbria where the vineyard is genuinely working, not just decorative. The on-site Cantina Altarocca produces six certified organic wines, the oil mill cold-presses estate olive oil, and both feed directly into the restaurant and spa treatments. It's a properly integrated agriturismo resort, not a hotel that bolted on a wine cellar.
