A 4-star Superior family-run hotel sitting above the rooftops of Damüls at 1,580 metres, run by three generations of the Bischof and Steinfeld families. How you'll actually spend your days.
From 3 nights, May 1 to October 31: guests receive the Bregenzerwaldcard for free, covering all regional public buses, public swimming pools, and cable cars in the area.
E-bike charging station on site. The surrounding area offers mountain biking trails through the Bregenzerwald.
The hotel sits at the trailhead of 300 km of marked hiking trails through the Damüls-Mellau-Faschina area. Guided hikes offered in summer; hiking socks and a rucksack are provided. The hotel has won awards as a hiking hotel.
Step out the door straight onto the slopes. The Damüls-Mellau ski area has 109 km of pistes and 29 lifts — the largest ski area in the Bregenzerwald. Lift tickets can be purchased directly at the hotel. Ski storage on site.
