Adare Manor is a neo-Gothic castle resort built in 1832 as the family seat of the Earls of Dunraven, sitting on 840 acres of parkland, formal French gardens, and the River Maigue in County Limerick. It underwent Ireland's largest restoration project in 2017 and now runs 103 individually designed rooms alongside a Michelin-starred restaurant, a Tom Fazio-designed golf course hosting the 2027 Ryder Cup, and an 111SKIN spa — all about 30 minutes from Shannon Airport.
