Terminus Nord
Bold, multicultural boutique. Urban bazaar energy meets street art gallery — Africa, Asia, and the 10th arrondissement all arguing in the best possible way.

Why It Matters
25hours' first hotel in France, and it didn't compromise to fit Paris. The design leans into the 10th arrondissement's multicultural identity, with commissioned murals of real neighborhood figures, original Invader mosaics at every room entrance, and a restaurant concept (NENI) that's a destination in its own right. Steps from the Eurostar terminal — arguably the most convenient design hotel in Paris for London travelers.
25hours Hotel Terminus Nord is the brand's first French outpost, and it landed in arguably the most culturally loaded spot in Paris: directly across from Gare du Nord. The building dates to 1865, but inside it reads like a street-art gallery crossed with a bazaar — colorful murals by design firms Dreimeta and Visto Images, pixel mosaics by the mysterious artist Invader flanking every room door, and furnishings by Château Rouge that pull hard from African and Asian influences. It's loud, intentional, and nothing like the beige-and-marble hotels a few arrondissements south.

How you'll actually spend your days.
An in-hotel shop stocked with books, magazines, and souvenirs. Soeder cosmetics, eco-friendly accessories, and locally curated trinkets. Open at all times for browsing.
A communal co-working table on the 1st floor, open to hotel guests and non-guests alike. Free for guests. Non-guests pay €18 for a half-day or €24 for a full day, which includes a hot or cold drink. Bookings via the NENI restaurant.
A rotating calendar of in-hotel events including concerts, readings, yoga classes, pottery workshops, and pizza-making evenings. The kind of programming that makes a lobby feel alive rather than just transactional. Check the events page for current schedule.
Versatile event spaces ranging from an intimate speakeasy to rooms holding up to 50 people for receptions. Two exclusive private dining areas available for meetings or private dinners. Bookable via the hotel directly.
Four named Schindelhauer bikes available to rent: Siegfried, Ludwig, Viktor, and Lotte. Each comes with a curated map of recommended city routes. A genuinely useful way to reach Canal Saint-Martin, Montmartre, or further afield without dealing with Paris traffic.
