Das Tour
Playful Franco-German design hotel — confident without being precious, social without being loud. The kind of place Ace Hotels fans feel immediately at home.
Book a Medium Sky Plus if you want the balcony freestanding bathtub with city views — it's the same 20sqm footprint but the outdoor tub makes it feel like a different hotel
Why It Matters
Stylt Trampoli's dual-concept room design (German vs. French aesthetic) is genuinely original rather than gimmicky. The Paris Club on floors 16-17 pulls in locals and guests alike. Add free minibars, Schindelhauer bike rentals, and a Tour de France-themed spa on floor 14, and you get a full ecosystem that earns its room rate.
A 17-storey design hotel sitting in Düsseldorf's Le Quartier Central, where Swedish studio Stylt Trampoli ran with the city's proximity to France and turned it into a full concept. German Rooms are all straight lines, industrial accents, and clear colours. French Chambres go the other direction — warm woods, terracotta tiles, four-poster beds, and a deliberately languorous feel. The real draw is the top two floors: The Paris Club restaurant and bar command a panoramic city view that makes the whole thing feel worth the trip on its own.

How you'll actually spend your days.
The hotel runs a regular programme of events including concerts, readings, yoga classes, pizza-making workshops, and pottery sessions. Schedule changes regularly — worth checking the events page before you arrive.
Hotel guests get free access to the Evo Fitness club at Düsseldorf Le Flair, open 6am–11pm daily. Access code available at the reception desk. A much bigger setup than the in-hotel gym.
The hotel keeps a fleet of Schindelhauer bikes — a quality German brand — in various models and sizes. Rentals come with a curated map of pre-planned bike routes along the Rhine and into the surrounding green areas of Düsseldorf. Hofgarten park is practically at the front door.
Guests can book a private test drive in Volvo's compact electric SUV, the EX30 — available exclusively to hotel guests for city exploration or getting to a business meeting in silence.
